About the Role:

As a Technical Lead for Care Nurture Growth team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from analysis the requirements given, plan for implementation and delivery execution. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by carefully analyzing requirements, rectifying errors, and implementing best practices and coding standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers to identify and mitigate project risks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible of the project as a technical lead, ensuring its successful execution and delivery.
  2. Analyze the project requirements, rectify if any errors found in the process and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the project.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis to fulfill the system-wide requirements of the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  4. Develop detailed project plan based on an understanding of requirements and technical specifications.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans at the project level, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  6. Implement best practices and coding standards throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high-quality code and ensure scalability.

Required Qualification

  • Should have experience of 8 to 10 years of technical experience.
  • Must have strong experience in programming language: Java/Core Java, Struts / Spring, Hibernate, Web services, REST Services, MQ, Servlets, JSP, J2EE
  • Must have experience in MSSQL or SQL server database
  • Experience in any of the frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript, (JQuery / Bootstrap / Angular)
  • Experience working in any application servers: Websphere / Weblogic / JBoss / Tomcat
  • Proficiency in software debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience working on large projects involving multiple objects and libraries, demonstrating the ability to manage complexity and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, object-oriented programming, and web user interface design principles.
  • Familiarity with version management and formal unit testing methodologies, ensuring the reliability and stability of the software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaboration and team management skills
